I just wonder if Mr. Ben Blanco told the entire story. Did he mention the complete story to all of his supporters at Mr. Carlos Garcia's "Rally of Purity" last week? At the B.O.R. meeting, I do believe that Mr. Blanco failed to mention some key points.:
1) He forgot to say that his Accusers/(Really Victims) (yes there were more than one) never once changed or altered their story.
2) Did he mention that when they tried to collaborate together with Ms. Cox to repeat their stories some of them were banned from doing so because they "no longer attended Del Mar" according to in house counsel?
3) However, through a corrupt system (as outlined and discussed in Theresa Cox Vs. Del Mar College); I would say that Mr. Ben Blanco was let go free through the pressures of an in house counsel who had his own interest above the interest of the students and victims of this predator. The system which is supposed to in fact, protect our children/students under Title IX Federal Law; is in fact doing the opposite. Some big mistakes were made in the Sexual Harassment investigations against Mr.Blanco according to Theresa Cox. Oh yeah - Del Mar Men have created a great 'Buddy System' just like the infamous Tom Foley and his insiders who have known for years about this "knew" news. Additionally, the entire grieving process is so corrupt and discouraging that any person who wasn't already mentally beat from the Face-to-Face abuse (sexual or otherwise) would become overwhelmed and feel overpowered by the Del Mar Men - "The Machine". For a female victim to have to face a male under this condition is just CRAZY! P.S.
4) What about Mr. Blanco taking pics of his interns "boobs". Did he mention that one?
5) What about changing grades of students who would discount victims who were complaining? Check it out - the truth will always seek it's own way out - in this case I would like to quote a favorite saying of my fathers. "Birds of a feather flock together!" I submit to you that Mr. Garcia and his supporters are all guilty of this horrible violation against our youth. One last question, how can the system protect our students as it is intended if the system is protecting itself?

Dalia Hernandez (HA 136 698-1264) works for Cash Management at Del Mar College. Her sister-in-law is her supervisor Minnie (Herminia) Hernandez (HA141 698-1265). Dalia is rumored to have had an affair with Dr. Garcia and they were seen going out for lunch together on many occasions. Dalia’s husband was seen at Del Mar College on at least three occasions by witnesses. He is rumored to have complained that his wife was “f******” Dr. Garcia and wanted the College to take some kind of action to stop the affair. He is rumored to have complained in person in the College’s offices directly to Minnie Hernandez, his wife’s supervisor and sister-in-law, as well as Minnie’s supervisor VP Joe Alaniz. He was also seen sitting in the waiting room of President Dr. Garcia. Apparently everyone was aware of this affair. There should also be written documentation concerning these complaints. The Board of Regents knew of this affair.
In the case of Ms. Lopez, Dr. Garcia against the advise of VP Rosie Garcia and others met in private with Ms. Lopez after regular business hours. That several employees were aware of these meetings. Further, at least one employee had similar experiences and explained those experiences in a way that mirrored Ms. Lopez’s complaints.
As for the victim of the thong incident it is rumored that Regent Bill Martin was asking questions about the incident back in 2004. This would indicate that members of the Board of Regents knew about this sexual harassment and have done nothing for nearly two years.
