Joseph Ramirez, Esq.
I was born and raised in East Harlem in Franklin Plaza. My parents were one of the original residents of that coop. I have volunteered as a tutor for the East Harlem Tutorial Program, working in Legal Aid, The Empowerment Zone and other East Harlem organizations. I have been living in the Bronx for the past 17 years but my heart will always be in El Barrio. I would like to thank Jose Rivera for providing the community with the highest level of service this community has seen.
