(Carlos Valdez) states, "that the District has historically relied on Election Code section 141.001 as governing the residency requirement for candidates for election to the District's Board of Regents."

This is simply not true

If true, why did the DA request an AG opine?

kingalonzoalvarezdepineda13 - you are a total hipocrit! You judge others so harshly while doing the very thing you claim you hate. Every morning your SPAM emails jam my computer up at work and I can't get my work done for about 5 - 10 minutes until your crap finishes downloading (kinda like you did with this opinion section). When asked to stop emailing the DMC campus you don't even reply or stop. You think you are so justified in raising a stink- but when others don't want to hear your opinion you cram it in their face anyway. YWith your approach - even if what you are saying is true- no one wants to hear it because it's SO obnoxiously done. You need to get the log out of your own eye.

You are one of the DMC who either want to aquiesce or you side with the problem.

The Email accounts at DMC are paid for with public money you should be as lucky that the whole damn district doesn't inundate the email system at Del Mar. The evidence is irrefutable yet you seem to be one of the one yet to thank me as I have received hundreds from your colleges.

As far as Hypocrite, I can always use the constructive criticism yet I fail to see the extrapolation you present.

It is the public's right to email each and every public email they wish to inform. I have nothing against the practice of free speech and as you know the in house council has not a leg to stand on either so he just blocks the whole system (except his email ) from the public access.

It dont matter if you dont want to hear it, you are not only reading it but you are now engaged. That is what I do.

If you dont like it click the DELETE button.

Now back to the Hypocrite thingy, lets talk about this some more.

Spit it out?

The Secretary of State cleared her to run.

I think these guys are going to learn a lesson or two....

from the attorney general down. The Secretary of State cleared Ms Garcia to run. If you read the AG opinion you will know what a crook this guy is when it comes to the little people. Carlos Valdez, I cant see how he would obtain Jurisdiction given there is no criminal act. This matter should be processed through existing administrative law.

A Voter Registration in Kleberg While Residing in Nueces?

The question is, which home was her domicile. I have been to her Apartment here in Corpus Christi, it sure looks like it is her primary residence.

I cannot imagine Carlos Valdez even having anything to do with this case, given his history with Mike Westergren and I am told with Joe Alaniz as well.

If Carlos Valdez prosecutes this lady, he is a fool.

I stand behind her.
