Rivas acted to cover up and thereby enable sexual harassment at Del Mar college. A regent's job is not to protect the college president at all costs while maintaining a toxic environment for students.
She was the only Del Mar College Board of Regents candidate absent from a recentposted by CouldBeTrue
question-and-answer session. Regents Bill Martin and Haysam Dawod said they do
not know what she looks like.Newly elected regent Linda Garcia, the sister of a
plaintiff with litigation pending against the college, said even she was
surprised she unseated Board of Regents President Gabriel Rivas in Tuesday's
general election in District 1.There are two
other sexual harassment lawsuits filed against Del Mar.Gabriel, don't let
the door hit you on your way out.

My GOD if we were to judge people by the outside and not by the content of their character then why even read a book or newspaper or even a post on the internet!
