from the attorney general down. The Secretary of State cleared Ms Garcia to run. If you read the AG opinion you will know what a crook this guy is when it comes to the little people. Carlos Valdez, I cant see how he would obtain Jurisdiction given there is no criminal act. This matter should be processed through existing administrative law.

I was twice a candidate for the Del Mar College Regents. I was trying to end the corruption and the lack of transparency in the management of the College on on the Board of Regents. I never heard any Regent declare that they were receiving DMC Health Insurance paid for in full by the Taxpayers, in any Public Forum. I extimate this benefit costs the taxpayer over four thousand dollars each year for each of these four Regents. I have heard Regents and their boosters talk about how Regents receive no compensation but this certainly looks like compensation to me. Chris Adler President of the Board had the opportunity to come clean on this isuue several times in her public forums printed in the Caller-Times concerning DMC Health Insurance. The Caller-Times has had this information but refuses to expose these corrupt Regents because they the Caller-Times are part of the problem not part of the solution. It has been my experience that these public forum pieces are ghost written by the DMC College Relations office. If you have ever heard Chris Adler speak you can certainly see the difference in the written piece. All I have ever heard coming out of the mouths of Regents is it is all about the students. Well if that is true, give up these benefits and give the money back to the students. Of course till now these Regents have exhibited unethical and dishonest behavior in not declaring that they have received these benefits. What other benefits have been hidden from us by this corrupt Board and DMC administration??? I know from my twelve years of experience at the DMC this is only the tip of the corruption iceberg at Del Mar College.
